At Admore Toners and Office Supplies Ltd, we are committed to supplying quality toner cartridges that perform as expected. Due to the nature of toner products, our refund and return policy is designed to protect both our customers and our business.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The toner supplied is incorrect, defective, or damaged at the time of delivery
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of purchase or delivery

All returns are subject to inspection before approval.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Toner cartridges that have been opened, installed, or used
  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or incompatible printer models
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Toners purchased correctly but later found to be no longer needed

Once a toner cartridge is installed, it is considered accepted and cannot be returned.

Defective Toners

If a toner is confirmed to be defective:

  • It will be replaced with the same model, subject to availability
  • If a replacement is not available, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion

Defects caused by printer faults, poor maintenance, or incompatible machines are not covered.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation. Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Customers are responsible for confirming printer model compatibility before purchase. Our team is available to assist with verification prior to sale to help avoid incorrect orders.
